Keep nutrient solution temperature between 18°C and 24°C (never irrigate with cold water as it may lower availability of certain nutrients).
Always use dechlorinated water (to speed up dechlorination process, let water stand 24h with 29% Peroxide @ 0.5ml/1L).
Avoid use water coming out of water softeners, as these leave high levels of Sodium in the water. In these situations, consider the use of a reverse osmosis filtration system.
Potted plants: always water until runoff, feed two times with fertilizer and one time with plain pH ajusted water.
** During pre bloom (usually 7 to 10 days after cutting lights back to 12 hours), plants will have a last burst of growth, sometimes doubling in size. In this period, it is crucial to keep using GROW fertilizer, in order to prevent Nitrogen deficiencies (yellowing leaves) in the last weeks. Switch to nutri+ ® BLOOM when first flower buds appear. Levels of needed fertilizer vary according to plant type and growing conditions. This feed chart is a general guide line, some adjustments might be needed to match your particular situation.
